All entrants receive an Axemen's Pass
  1. To be held under the Rules and Regulations of the Queensland Axemen's Association and the Esk Pastoral, Agricultural and Industrial Association Inc.
  2. Every Axeman must present his handicap book to the officials conducting the chop
  3. All competing Axemen must be registered members of the Queensland Axemen's Association or an approved Axeman's Association
  4. Competitors will only be admitted free of charge through the gate on production of a current Queensland Axemen's Association Membership Card

A trophy for most points will be awarded for events 1, 2, 3 and 4
